HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31630 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, in not considering the representation dated 23.4.2018, submitted by the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.6.13 gts situated at Sy.No.548 and land admeasuring Ac.4.26 gts, situated at Sy.No.637 of Namiligonda Village, Ghanpur Station, Jangaon District (Warangal District), as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation on 23.4.2018, seeking issuance of new pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject lands, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition came to be fled.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that there is any amount of doubt as to the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and as such the application of the petitioner, is pending consideration.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities, to dispose of the representation dated 23.4.2018 submitted by the petitioner in respect of the subject lands, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to ten weeks from today, in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
