THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8069 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue any appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings in Rc. No. SPL/ NRHM/ 2014 dated 13.03.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the guidelines and procedures contemplated in the reference manual of A.P. Urban Slum Health Care Project for selection of NGOs for the Urban Health Centres, against principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner society to serve the Urban Health Centre, Kranthinagar, Nellore" .

During the course of hearing, both the counsel informed the Court that in the light of the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.43, dated 28.04.2016, no further orders are required and the matter has become infructuous. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the above said G.O. has been challenged before this Court in another writ petition, which is pending consideration. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed since no further cause would survive for adjudication. No costs.
