HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30940 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2018 for grant of house site patta to an extent of 300 square yards at Jayashankar Bhupalapally Mandal, as per G.O.Ms.No.185, dated 11.03.1997 under Freedom Fighters Quota, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner at the earliest and communicate his decision to the petitioner, thereafter.

3) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2018, for grant of house site patta to her, as early as possible, in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
