The petitioner claims to be the owner of house bearing H.No.15-57, Bhagat Nagar, Manthani, Karimnagar District. After obtaining due permissions in the year 2006, the petitioner constructed the house as it stands now. While so, on 20.03.2015, the Panchayat Secretary, Manthani Gram Panchayat, Manthani, Karimnagar District (4th respondent) high-handedly demolished the compound wall. However, the petitioner submitted a representation on 23.03.2015 to the District Collector, Karimnagar (2nd respondent) and alleging that no action is taken on the representation submitted to the District Collector, this writ petition is filed.

2. Having regard to the fact that a representation is submitted to the District Collector, Karimnagar District (2nd respondent), on 23.03.2015, and the same is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Karimnagar District (2nd respondent) to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by

the petitioner on 23.03.2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any such decision, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
