SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8014 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.242 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kollapur, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 447, 427 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A2. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 22.04.2018 and therefore, the proceedings against the petitioners may be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid memo, this Court opines that the proceedings against the petitoners/A1 and A2 are liable to be quashed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.242 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kollapur, Mahabubnagar District, against the petitioners/A1 and A2. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
