THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2307 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioners complaining wilfull and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 09.04.2018, in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in W.P.No.10597 of 2018. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education, appearing for the respondent, submits that the orders of this Court are duly complied with. In support of the said submission, he placed on record G.O.Rt.No.117, dated 01.10.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the issuance of the said G.O., orders of this Court are duly complied with and that in view of the said compliance, no further orders are necessary. Recording the submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
