HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 23739 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the case under Section 307 IPC in Cr.No.76 of 2005, dated 29.04.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
