HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31043 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not considering the petitioner;s application vide Transaction ID NO.TAMU011602697847 dated 20.08.2016, submitted in Form 6-A for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.17 cents in Sy.No.1000/ 1 and Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.1176/ 2 situated in Ukkayapalle Village, Kadapa Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal and contrary to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. 2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made an application in the year 2016, the same is not considered till date.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application afresh through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh suitable application

through online, by enclosing the documents evidencing his right and title over the property, in which event the authorities shall deal with the same and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.

5) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
