HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30933 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that revision petition along with stay petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10-03-2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.A.No.47 of 2014 is pending before the 1st respondent. As no orders are being passed in the revision, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner from the subject land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents submits that in pursuance to the eviction orders passed in the said C.M.A., the petitioner was issued notice.

It is to be seen that when statutory revision is pending along with stay petition is pending before the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10-03-2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.A.No.47 of 2014, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of revision, status-quo regarding possession over the subject land shall be maintained.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-08-2018 Nvl
