Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.6 and 7.

The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the petitioners have applied to 5th respondent by representations dt.15-03-2016 and 23-03-2016 to mutate their names after deleting the names of certain third parties therein in the revenue records and also to issue pattadar pass book in their names, but the 5th respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader states that 5th respondent will consider the said representations and pass appropriate orders within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider said

representations of the petitioners dt.15-03-2016 and 2303-2016 and pass appropriate orders within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
