i) Give a direction to the Indian Overseas Bank, ARM Branch, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad to furnish the details of the Accused and also assets and liabilities of the company in liquidation and latest Balance Sheet/Statement of Account available with them.

Order the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the company in liquidation;

ii) And Whereas the High Court upon perusing the application and the complaint filed therein, and the earlier orders of the High Court dated 06.02.20i8, 13.04.2018, 12.07.2018, 14.09.2018,26.10.2018,26.02.2019 & 12-03-2019, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Anil Kumar, Advocate for the Official Liquidator, made the following; ORDER:

"In spite of receipt of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the 3'd respondent.

In those circumstances, issue Bailable Warrants to the 3'd respondent-The Authorised Officer, Indian Overseas Bank, ARM Branch (ARMB), third floor' IOB Platinum Plaza,Lane Opp., Chandana Bros, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad -500020 Posl on 22.07.2079."
