Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner in these writ petitions, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petitions.

Permission is accorded and the writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that it is open for the Gram Pancyhayat to recover the dues, if any, as the petitioner continued to harvest fish from Nirmmala Cheruvu of Kathapally Grampanchayat from 2016-17 to till date, pursuant to the interim orders of this Court. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. Interim order dated 01.11.2016 granted in W.P.No.37244 of 2016 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.
