This contempt case is filed seeking the following relief: " ...pleased to punish the respondent/contemnor under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act for willfully and wantonly violating the Order dated 27/9/2022 made in W P No 37346 of 2022..."

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 11.01.2023 and today also there is no representation. 3.

Sri K. Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel, has filed a counter affidavit and submits that the respondents have already complied with the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37346 of 2022, dated 27.09.2022, by passing a speaking order dated 03.11.2022. 4.

Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
