The present writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 06.07.2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents passed an order removing the petitioner from service.

3. In the circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and hence the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of removal before the competent authority. No order as to costs.
