THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.894 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 11.4.2012 in Crl.M.P. No.1787 of 2012 in Crime No.305 of 2011 on the file of the court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Crl.RC shall stand closed.
