THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31039 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not registering the First Information Report though she lodged a complaint before him on 18.08.2018 against respondents 4 to 6.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that based on the aforesaid complaint lodged by the petitioner, Crime No.125 of 2018 was registered against respondents 4 to 6 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 504, 506, 323 and 354 IPC, on 28.08.2018. In view of the above, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

This Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
