ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner seeks correction of his date of birth in the passport issued to him and places reliance upon his Secondary School Certificate and Aadhar

Card. However, the passport to the petitioner was granted as early as on 30.05.2011. Hence, the second respondent cannot entertain the request as more than two years have lapsed.

3. This writ petition is similar to the one considered by this Court in W.P.No.30455 of 2015, which was disposed of by this court today. Hence, there shall be a similar order in this writ petition also.

4. Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move the competent civil court for necessary relief and if such a suit is filed, the competent court shall entertain the same and dispose of the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
