This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent authorities 1 to 4 to produce minor childJainarayan Sai Namineni (DOB 02.10.2014) of the petitioner, who is permanent resident and born citizen of USA, before this Honourable Court, who has been unlawfully restrained by the respondent No.4 in India contrary to the orders passed by the USA Court dated 21.01.2016 and 22.08.2018 and direct return of the said minor child to the jurisdiction of USA in compliance with the orders dated 21.01.2016 and 22.08.2018 and also the ex parte amended interim order for immediate return of the minor child passed by the Circuit Court for the country of Wayne Family Division, State of Michigan to enable the minor child to go back to USA and if they fail to do so within a fixed time period, respondent No.4 be directed to enable her to take the minor child back to the jurisdiction of USA Court."
At the hearing, Mr. T.Nitender Singh, learned counsel representing Mr. T.S.Anirudh Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
CVNR, J & TA, J W.P.No.30964 of 2018 Dt:15.11.2018 As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
