HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30994 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting survey of the land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in RS No.96/ 2A at Ambapuram Village, Vijayawada Rural, Vijayawada, Krishna District, on the application of the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of fundamental rights.

2) A perusal of the material on record would show that the petitioner made an application in the year 2010. Since the present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not conducting survey on an application made by the petitioner in the year 2010, the question of granting relief sought for would not arise at this stage, in the absence of any explanation as to why the petitioner failed to approach the authorities concerned including the High Court till date. Hence, I see no merit in the writ petition. 3) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh online application before the concerned authorities enclosing the necessary

document, in which event, the authorities shall deal with the same at the earliest in accordance with the provisions of law. 4) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
