The grievance of the petitioners is that unofficial respondents are making construction without obtaining any approved plan.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondents produced copy of proceedings dated 24.02.2015 granted by the 2nd respondent - Corporation to the unofficial respondents. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 24.02.2015.
Accordingly, permission is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the permission proceedings dated 24.02.2015 issued in favour of the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
