This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the 4th respondent and to set aside the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal on 04.05.2017 before the 2nd respondent against the impugned order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the 4th respondent and the same is not being disposed of, till date.

Heard learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since the appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned order is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
