THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.509 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 29.8.2011 in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2009 on the file of the court of XII Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Vijayawada wherein and whereby the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant-accused vide judgment dated 03.2.2009 in C.C. No.21 of 2007 on the file of the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada is confirmed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal revision case has become infructuous in view of death of the petitioner. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
