Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for TSCPDCL appearing for respondent No.5. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 6 and 7. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.2 to 5 in not taking any action against the Respondents No.6 & 7 in operating illegal bore within 75 mts from the Petitioners land in Sy. No.757 situated in Athmakur (S) Village & Mandal, Suryapet Division, Suryapet District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 & 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 5 to take immediate action against the Respondents No.6 and 7 as per law and seize the said illegal bore." 4.

Grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 5 are not taking any action against respondents 6 and 7 in stopping the illegal operation of the bore-well, in spite of representation dated 09.11.2016 made by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a suitable direction may be given to the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner. 6.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 5 to pass orders, in accordance with law, on the representation dated 09.11.2016 made by the petitioner for seizure of bore-well, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
