THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3583 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in acting on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.05.2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of instructions, submits that no complaint was received by the Police. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Police with a fresh complaint and on receipt of the same, the Police shall take action in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
