THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30972 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that without any authority of law, the Conservator of Forests, the 3rd respondent herein, vide impugned proceedings in RC.No.27/ M1/ 2017, dated 20.07.2018, rejected the applications of the petitioners herein, instead of placing the request of the petitioners before the State Level Committee/ 2nd respondent.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any fresh application is made by the petitioners herein, the request of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law. Having regard to the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to file application afresh before the respondent authorities within a period of two weeks from today, and if any such application is filed, the respondent authorities shall take further action strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
