HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY C.R.P.No.156 of 2015 Date : 6-3-2015 Between:

M/s. Omkar Pharmacy .. Petitioner And G.V. Subba Rao .. Respondent Counsel for petitioner : Mr. N. Pramod Counsel for respondent : --

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 26-9-2014 in I.A.No.402 of 2014 in R.C.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

After arguing the case, Mr. N. Pramod, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the scope of R.C.No.4 of 2014 itself is identical to that of I.A.No.402 of 2014, his client will be satisfied if the lower Court is directed to dispose of the main case without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order under revision. Keeping in view the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed without rendering any finding on the correctness or otherwise of the observations made by the lower Court with the direction to it to dispose of the R.C. on its own merits without being influenced by the order under revision.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP Nos.185 and 186 of 2015 filed for interim reliefs are disposed of as infructuous.
