Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter, dated 14.09.2018, to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the present revision petition, on the instructions of his client. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As far as Cross objections are concerned, this court does not find any infirmity warranting interference with the impugned Award, and hence, the Cross-Objections filed by the claimant are dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
