THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3760 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners 1 to 3/accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the FIR in Cr.No.76 of 2015 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2 . Heard the learned counsel for petitioners-A.1 to A.3 as well as the first respondent- State representing through the Public Prosecutor before ordering any notice to the second respondent/ de facto complainant before admission and perused the material on record.

3. The material falls short even to admit the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. but for the factual matrix otherwise enable the petitioners entitlement to the bail. Thereby the petition is disposed of with the directions and by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Magistrate concerned by filing application for surrender with regular bail application by notice to the APP concerned and in such event the learned Magistrate shall consider and grant bail with necessary conditions preferably on the same day.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand disposed of.
