The request of Mr.Tuhin Kumar not to press the disobedience complained in the contempt case for the present without prejudice to working out the remedies as permitted by the order of this Court in W.P.No.18246 of 2018, is accepted. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
