THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23050 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not receiving the report lodged by the petitioner on 23.06.2017 and not registering FIR, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner on 29.06.2017, a case in crime No.327 of 2017 of Nallapadu Police Station, was registered on 16.07.2017 against one Srinivas Nagesh and others, including respondents 5 and 6 herein, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. In view of the said submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
