Mr. Suresh Kumar Potturi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority for appropriate relief.

In the light of the directions issued by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions (W.P.No.9800 of 2013 and batch) dated 30.12.2014, Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioners make any representation, as afore-mentioned, the concerned authority may consider the same and dispose it of within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
