Heard.

The petitioner alleges that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0-70 cents in Sy.No.362/1A/54 situated at Allipuram Village, Nellore Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District. Alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are illegally interfering with the said land, the present writ petition is filed. The specific allegation made in the writ petition is that on 15-04-2015, the 4th respondent sent two police constables to the land in question and alleged that they tried to dispossess the petitioner from the property in question. Alleging that respondent police have no authority to interfere with the civil dispute, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioner refers to his earlier W.P.No.9724 of 2015, which is stated to be pending before this Court.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that one Y.V.Krishnaiah filed W.P.No.16062 of 2010 and sought direction against respondents 3 and 4 to provide police protection with regard to the land in Sy.No.362/1/1A admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents situated at Navalakula Garden, Nellore Mandal and District. Since this court passed interim order in the said writ petition, on 15-04-2015 the respondent police sent two constables to the said land only for the purpose of investigation, but that cannot amount to interference. It is also stated that respondent police never interfered with the land of the petitioner and that police are nothing to do with the civil dispute, if any, between the petitioner and the revenue authorities. It is also stated that if any complaint is received against the petitioner, appropriate action will be taken, if required. In view of the above statement that there is no interference by the respondent
