THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.569 OF 2017 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ wife under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer O.P.No.345 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived at by the parties, O.P.No.345 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District. The Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, shall transmit the record to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, immediately. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, on 18.12.2017 without expecting any notices.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
