O R D E R

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, producing copy of the endorsement issued by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in Rc.B.11/ 2016 dated 28.08.2018 submits that the representation of the petitioner for issuance of the pattedar pass book and title deed and for entry of her name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, has been considered and rejected and the same was also served on the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also produced copy of said proceedings acknowledged by the petitioner and she also handed over a copy of the proceedings dated 28.08.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 28.08.2018 in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
