THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4319 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to entrust the investigation with regard to FIR No.67 of 2013 dated 15-05-2013 on the file of Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad to the Central Beauru of investigation for investigation and for prosecution with a further direction to seize the records immediately and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. A copy of the final report dated 17.10.2015 is placed on record whereby the police authorities referred the case for 'lack of evidence' in relation to Crime No.67 of 2013 on the file of the Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad. It appears that the complainant was also given intimation of the filing of the final report on 16.10.2015 and the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, passed docket order dated 07.11.2015 in RC No.31 of 2015 (Crime No.67 of 2013) recording that the complainant was present but reported no protest and therefore, the final report of the police was accepted and the complaint was closed.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
