Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.1, learned Special Standing Counsel for ACB appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri S.Sreenivas, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and perused the record.

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, though he had approached respondent Nos.2 and 3 and submitted a representation/complaint dt.zL.OB.2O24 against the 4th respondent herein, no action has been taken thereon by registering a crime and investigating thereinto, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra,learned Special Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 would submit that the said authorities on receiving the aforesaid complaint and also the letter issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Scheduled Caste Development (SCP) Department, videMemo dt.20.02.2024, had made a request to the District Collector, Nagarkurnool and Vice Chairman and Managing Director, TSCCDC Limited, Hyderabad, to enquire/investigate into the matter, in paiticular relating to the allegations of corruption and irregularities resofred to by the 4th respondent herein while working in Charukonda

r, t\, \ Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, and thus, the matter is seized of by the District Collector and is not pending consideration with the said respondents.

Learned Special Standing Counsel further submits that it is only the 2nd respondent who is competent to take necessary action against the 4th respondent herein, if the contents of the complaint made by the petitioner are found to be correct.

In view of the aforesaid submission, since, it is stated that a request having been made to the District Collector, Nagarkurnool as well as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TSCCDC Limited, Hyderabad, with regard to the alleged irregularities and corruption by the 4h respondent, this Court is of the view th.at if the petitioner and the unofficial respondent are aggrieved either by the inaction or action of the authorities, have to avail remedies under law by approaching appropriate forum. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary to be passed. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
