THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27828 of 2014 ORDER:

Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in conducting enquiry on the petition filed under the A.P. Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956 (for short, 'the Act'), this writ petition is filed.

2. The petitioners' grievance precisely in this writ petition is, though they filed a petition under Sections 4 and 7 of the Act before the 3rd respondent on 10.07.2014 requesting him to conduct an enquiry as per the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18028 of 2001 dated 26.07.2012, for issue of ryotwari patta in their favour, their petition has not been acted upon till this day.

3. The petitioners' counsel prays for a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of their petition expeditiously; for which, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states no objection.

4. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petition submitted on 10.07.2014 under Sections 4 and 7 of the Act and dispose it of, in accordance with law, within two months from today. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
