The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question the order dt.24-11-2015 passed by 2nd respondent rejecting petitioner's application for building permission.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
