THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 15683 of 2011 Date: 04.06.2015 Between:

N. Mahesh Kumar, Ranga Reddy District.

.... Petitioner And The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad District at Hyderabad and others.

... Respondents

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 15683 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner herein was that the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad District, Hyderabad, did not consider his complaint dated 30.04.2011 and that the Station House Officer, Jeedimetla Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, did not register a crime on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2011. The Inspector of Police, Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District, filed a counter affidavit stating that upon examination of the petitioner's complaint it was found that no cognizable criminal

offence was made out and accordingly an entry was made in the General Diary to that effect. The petitioner was asked to seek redressal before a competent Civil Court.

No reply affidavit was filed rebutting the aforestated averments in the counter affidavit.

In the light of the above facts, it is clear that the petitioner's grievance that there was no action on his complaint is without basis. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities upon his complaint, it is for him to take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
