Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the final decree passed in the Suit. Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. Further it is made clear that if an appeal is filed, it is open to the appellate Court either to dispose of the appeal on merits independently or pass an interim order pending disposal of the appeal. No order as to costs. Interim order granted by this Court on 06.02.2015 shall remain in force for a period of six weeks from today.
