Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for official respondent Nos.1 to 4 and before ordering notice to respondent Nos.5 to 7 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting material on record.

From the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of since no final award passed and draft award is under process subject to approval. The petitioners shall put forth their claim pursuant to the order before the respondents within three days from date of receipt of this order with relevant matter for consideration if they are entitled along with respondent Nos.5 to 7 or otherwise exclusively for the compensation. Any further grievance of the petitioners is left open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
