04.12.2025 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.ii imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.13951 of 2025, dated 04.11.2025, wherein, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 11.00 A.M. on every Wednesday for a period of eight (08) weeks. For the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Authority on every Wednesday from the date of the order and requested for exemption of appearance of the petitioner only for two Wednesdays i.e. 17.12.2025 and 24.12.2025, as the petitioner intends to travel to Germany to attend the pre-scheduled family function in Germany. Therefore, she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court and is cooperating with the investigation. Considering the submissions made by the both the learned counsel, the condition No.ii is hereby relaxed for a limited period and the petitioner is exempted from the presence for two

Wednesdays i.e. 17.12.2025 and 24.12.2025 and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Authority on 31.12.2025. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
