THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1416 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Challa Kodanda Ram, J) This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of judgment, dated 07.10.2014, passed by this Court in WA No.1220 of 2014. By the aforesaid judgment, this Court modified the Award passed by the Labour Court. In view of the same, it is clear that for implementation of the said Award, the petitioner has to approach the Labour Court by way of filing an Execution Petition. In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court seeking implementation of the Award passed in I.D. No.179 of 1996.
