CVNR, J & TR, J FCAMP.No.368 of 2016 In/and FCA.No.160 of 2013 Dated:22.02.2017 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Family Court Appeal No.160 of 2013 arises out of order and decree, dated 21.2.2013, in F.CO.P.No.425 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, whereby the said O.P. filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage was dismissed. FCAMP.No.368 of 2016 is filed for reference of the dispute to the Lok Adalat.

At the hearing, Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that after filing of this Appeal, the parties have filed a fresh O.P., viz., O.P.No.923 of 2016 before the lower Court for grant of divorce by mutual consent.

In view of this subsequent event, both FCAMP.No.368 of 2016 as well as Family Court Appeal No.160 of 2013 are disposed of as infructuous.
