Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3, learned Special Standing counsel for respondents 4 and 5 and learned Standing counsel for respondent No.6.

The petitioner in W.P.No.30008 of 2018 was terminated from service on 28.08.2015. The petitioner in W.P.No.31238 of 2018 was terminated from service on 12.08.2015 and the petitioner in W.P.No.31251 of 2018 was terminated on dated Nil.05.2015. Aggrieved by the order of termination, petitioners claim to have preferred appeals. Alleging that the appeals filed by the petitioners are not disposed of, these writ petitions are filed.

Learned Special Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 informs the Court that on consideration of appeals filed by the petitioners, final orders are passed upholding the decision of original authority. Copies of the orders are also served on the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.
Having regard to the above submission, the cause in the writ petitions do not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies aggrieved by the order of appellate authority. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
