This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.1 to set aside the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1908 of 2022 in C.C.No.573 of 2017 by the XIII \ Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned \ti Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The petitioner filed the present application seeking return of passpoft mainly on the ground that he needs the said passport for the purpose of identification before the certain authorities. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits before this Court that he intends to travel. 4.
As seen from the record, since there is no such prayer made before the Court below by the petitioner - Accused No.1, the
\ Crl.Petition No,10478 ol 2022 petitioner shall move the trial Court citing reasons of his travel and seek return of the passport.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Needless to say, the petitioner - Accused No.1 is at liberty to approach this Couft aggrieved by any order passed by the Couft below.
