THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.32457 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner approaches the Court complaining inaction in looking into the complaint dated 16.09.2017 dispatched by RPAD, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

To his surprise, the respondents inform that FIR No.644 of 2017 dated 18.09.2017 is registered against the petitioner under Section 420 I.P.C.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 3rd respondent will proceed to make General Diary entry of complaint dated 16.09.2017, investigate or enquire the complaint dated 16.09.2017 and also complete investigation in FIR.No.644 of 2017.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
