The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is as follows: "to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the order of the 3rd respondent herein vide Ref.B/244/2015 dated 15.04.2015 placing the Authorisation of the petitioner herein in respect of Fair Price Shop No.1 of Dommaranandyala Village, Mylavaram, Mandal, Kadapa District, as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to law and also violative of principles of natural justice while directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as Dealer of said Fair Price Shop as usual." It is stated that in respect of the same cause of action, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent.

The petitioner cannot be permitted to prosecute two parallel proceedings in respect of the same cause of action.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
