THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40867 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities were inactive upon his complaint dated 21.04.2015.
2. Written instructions dated 30.12.2015 were furnished by the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that the complaint dated 21.04.2015 had not been received but ht petitioner again main a complaint on 29.012.2015 on the same lines, which was taken as the basis for registering Crime No.399 of 2015 on the file of Keesara Police Station under Sections 447 and 506 IPC. Investigation was stated to be on going in this case.
3. In the light of the aforestated developments, Sri T.Koteswara Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that no further action is required upon the earlier complaint dated 21.04.2015.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
