Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate writ or order or orders and more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the acts, deeds and things of the respondents in putting the Boards in the petitioner land in Sy.No.13 of Abdullapur Village of Hayatnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and much against to the legal and fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India."

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the respondents have put up a notice board in the land in Sy.No.13 of Abdullapur Village of Hayatnagar Mandal, which has been assigned to them vide proceedings dated 28.03.2013 and that the petitioners are thus being deprived of use of the said land without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the said notice board has not been put up in the land of the petitioners and that in that survey number, there is

other Government land and that is the reason why the notice board was put up. It was also made clear that the respondents have no intention to grab the land allotted to the petitioners in the above proceedings. This is recorded.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, which effectively redresses the grievance of the petitioners, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 6.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
